Combi wall system is a combination by steel sheet piles and H piles or Tubular Pipe Piles, which could provide high section performance – higher section modulus in the projects. Combi wall systems are often used in harbor, Port, Shipyard and Dock construction projects where there are requiring long piling products.
The sheet pile combi wall could be classified into the following categories:
1. HZ combi wall: This means a combination of H piles (SLHZ880MA, SLHZ880MB, SLHZ880MC, SLHZ1080MA, SLHZ1080MB, SLHZ1080MC, SLHZ1080MD, SLHZ1180MB, SLHZ1180MC, SLHZ1180MD) and Z sheet piles. The Z piles could also be replaced by U type sheet piles and omega type sheet piles.
T he H piles will have an interlocking system to connect the sheet piles.
2. OZ combi wall: This means a combination of Tubular Pipe Piles (SSAW/SAWH Pipe Piles) and Z sheet piles. The Z piles could also be replaced by U type sheet piles and omega type sheet piles.
I nterlocks will be welded onto the tubular pipe piles so that the tubular pipe piles could connect with the Z sheet piles.
